Stacked filter device

Abstract

The filtering device of the present invention includes: a first resonator and a second resonator, and a stack comprising a plurality of dielectric layers. The first resonator includes a first inductor not electrically connected to ground. The second resonator includes a second inductor not electrically connected to ground. The first inductor includes: a first conductor layer extending toward a first surface orthogonal to the stacking direction of the plurality of dielectric layers, and a pair of first pillar-shaped conductors. The second inductor includes: a second conductor layer extending toward a second surface orthogonal to the stacking direction, and a pair of second pillar-shaped conductors. At least a portion of the first conductor layer and at least a portion of the second conductor layer overlap when viewed from the stacking direction.
