and the M core circuits respectively encode a (M+1)-th row of super blocks to a (2*M)-th row of super blocks of the image frame, and in the encoding process of each super block, and update the CDF table correspondingly during the encoding process of each super block, wherein a first core circuit of the M core circuits uses the CDF table generated during the encoding process of a last super block of the first row of super blocks to encode a first super block of the (M+1)th row of super blocks.
