Abstract
The present invention relates to a MEMS microphone module with a double case, and more particularly, to a MEMS microphone module having a double protective structure in which an additional second case is provided to protect a first case forming an inner space that includes a transducer and a semiconductor part disposed on a base substrate, thereby preventing noise intrusion from inside a device set and deformation caused by external pressure.
