Abstract

The information processing device, which operates as a first network entity constituting the core network of the mobile communication network, performs the following actions: receiving a notification sent from a second network entity, which is different from the first network entity constituting the core network, indicating the occurrence of an event related to the mobile communication network; determining a sensing participant based on the event; and sending a sensing instruction to the determined sensing participant.
