Abstract

This disclosure relates to a light detection device, imaging device, and electronic device that can suppress color mixing, improve sensitivity, and obtain appropriate phase difference information. The disclosure includes a reflective wall with a refractive index lower than a predetermined refractive index between a phase difference pixel comprising a light-shielding film for detecting phase difference and a color filter for each pixel of a normal pixel. When the incident light is incident on the pixel from top to bottom, the end of the light-shielding film is formed to be recessed into the lower part of the reflective wall. This disclosure is applicable to light detection devices.
