Solar cell and method of manufacturing the same

Abstract

Disclosed is a method of manufacturing a solar cell comprising a step of forming a buffer layer having a first opening in a portion corresponding to the plurality of through holes on a substrate provided with a plurality of through holes; a step of forming an undoped Group III-V compound layer having a second opening in a portion corresponding to the plurality of through holes on the buffer layer; a step of filling a first electrode in the plurality of through holes, the first opening, and the second opening; and a step of forming a first doped Group III-V compound layer on the first electrode and the undoped Group III-V compound layer, and a solar cell manufactured by the above method.
