Abstract

The present invention provides a phosphor substrate (30) which is equipped with a light-emitting element (20). The phosphor substrate (30) has: a flexible substrate (substrate (40)); and a phosphor layer (36) disposed on the surface of the substrate (substrate (40)) on which the light-emitting element (20) is mounted.
