Abstract

The present invention provides a phosphor substrate (30) which is equipped with a plurality of light-emitting elements (20). The phosphor substrate (30) includes: an insulating substrate (40); a circuit pattern layer (34) (first circuit pattern layer (42)) disposed on the insulating substrate (40) and connected to the light-emitting elements (20); a phosphor layer (36) disposed on the insulating substrate (40) and covering at least a portion of the circuit pattern layer (34) (first circuit pattern layer (42)); and a trench (38) (recess or slit) disposed on the phosphor layer (36) and extending between regions where adjacent light-emitting elements (20) are mounted. A phosphor substrate (30), on which a plurality of light emitting elements (20) are mounted, wherein the phosphor substrate (30) has an insulating substrate (40), a circuit pattern layer (34) (a first circuit pattern layer (42)) which is provided on the insulating substrate (40) and to which the light emitting elements (20) are connected, a phosphor layer (36) which is provided on the insulating substrate (40) and at least partially covers the circuit pattern layer (34) (the first circuit pattern layer (42)), and grooves (38) (recesses or slits) which are provided in the phosphor layer (36) and extend between the regions where adjacent light emitting elements (20) are mounted.
