Light-emitting device

Abstract

A light-emitting device is provided. The light-emitting device includes a substrate, a first surface electrode, a second surface electrode, a first light-emitting element, a second light-emitting element, and a first conductive connector. The first surface electrode and the second surface electrode are arranged on the substrate. The first light-emitting element is disposed on the substrate and electrically connected to the first surface electrode, and has a first topmost surface. The second light-emitting element is disposed on the substrate and electrically connected to the second surface electrode, and has a second topmost surface. A first conductive connector has a metal stack and a third topmost surface, and electrically connect the first surface electrode and the first light-emitting element. The third topmost surface of the first conductive connector is not lower than the second topmost surface of the second light-emitting element.
