Micro-display chip, manufacturing method thereof, and display panel

Abstract

A micro-display chip is disclosed, comprising a light-emitting region and a non-light-emitting region. The non-light-emitting region is disposed at a periphery of the light-emitting region and comprises an encapsulation layer, wherein a surface of the encapsulation layer comprises a plurality of roughened structures. By performing an etching roughening treatment on the surface of the encapsulation layer, a reflectivity thereof is reduced, such that light emitted from the light-emitting region undergoes diffuse reflection upon reaching the surface of the non-light-emitting region after being reflected by an external environment. Thus, secondary reflection of full-band light is effectively reduced, and display quality of images is improved.
