Display device and manufacturing method thereof

Abstract

A display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The display device includes a wavelength-conversion module and a light-emitting module. The wavelength-conversion module includes a first wavelength-conversion layer, a second wavelength-conversion layer, and a conductive structure. The first wavelength-conversion layer has a first lower surface. The conductive structure has a first part and a second part connected to each other, and the first part is arranged between the first wavelength-conversion layer and the second wavelength-conversion layer. The first part has a second lower surface, and the first lower surface and the second lower surface are coplanar. The light-emitting module is placed on the wavelength-conversion module and exposes the second part. The light-emitting module includes a first semiconductor layer, a first light-emitting layer, and a second light-emitting layer. The first light-emitting layer and the second light-emitting layer are arranged on the first semiconductor layer, and cover the first wavelength-conversion layer and the second wavelength-conversion layer, respectively.
