The first insulating layer is disposed on the first conductive layer. The second conductive layer is disposed on the first insulating layer, and includes a third electrode and a fourth electrode correspondingly located in the pixel region, wherein in a normal direction of the substrate, the first electrode and the third electrode overlap to form a first capacitor, and the second electrode and the fourth electrode overlap to form a second capacitor. The conductive pattern overlaps a gap between the first capacitor and the second capacitor in the normal direction.
