Door body

Abstract

A door body is suitable for use with semiconductor containers, and is configured to be attached to the semiconductor containers. The door body includes a locking device and an operation indicator. The locking device is disposed on the door body and is used to lock or unlock the door to the semiconductor containers. The operation indicator is disposed on the locking device and is used to identify the operating status. This protects the door body during locking or unlocking, preventing damage to the door body or its locking device. More optimally, the door body is provided with detachable parts on both sides, allowing the locking and detachable parts to be used together, further enhancing the protection of the door body and the semiconductor containers on which it is used.
