Abstract
The present disclosure provides an electronic device and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method includes providing a carrier; forming a release layer on the carrier; providing a device structure on the release layer and exposing a portion of a top surface of the release layer; forming a barrier structure on the portion of the top surface of the release layer; and performing a surface treatment step on the device structure after the barrier structure is formed.
