This invention provides a snack that enhances its appeal. The snack 1 of this invention comprises: a main body; a character part C1 formed on the main body; and a background part formed around the character part C1 and on the main body. The background part has a first background part 31 without text information 38 and a second background part 32 containing text information 38. A first region 31a within the first background part 31, surrounded by the second background part 32 and the character part C1, is configured to be divisible after being divided by the second background part 32. After the first region 31a within the first background part 31, surrounded by the second background part 32 and the character part C1, is divided by the second background part 32, its opposite side (outer side) relative to the character part C1 becomes open, making it easy to divide.
