Abstract

This disclosure relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising an FXR agonist and a small molecule GLP-1 receptor agonist, wherein the FXR agonist is a compound of formula (I), its tautomer, solvate, or pharmaceutically acceptable salt, and the GLP-1 receptor agonist is selected from Danuglipron, Orforglipron, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. This pharmaceutical composition has a synergistic effect in weight loss and is therefore suitable for the treatment and / or prevention of metabolic disorders or conditions.
