NMT inhibitor and use thereof

Abstract

The present invention provides a novel sulfonamide derivative compound, a hydrate thereof, a solvate thereof or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating a disease associated with NMT inhibition comprising the same as an active ingredient. The sulfonamide derivative compound of the present invention exhibits excellent inhibitory activity against NMT, and can be usefully used for the prevention and treatment of diseases associated with NMT inhibition, such as cancer, infectious diseases, and viral diseases.
