Abstract

This invention discloses a thyroid hormone β-receptor agonist. This invention provides a compound of formula (I), its stereoisomer, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The compound provided by this invention exhibits significantly superior activating activity against THR-β compared to VK-2809; or, in vivo, a superior liver / heart distribution ratio or plasma / heart distribution ratio compared to VK-2809.
