Rotary nozzle

Abstract

A rotary nozzle, suitable for connecting to a water pipe, includes a connector, a spray element disposed on the connector, at least one vane connected to the spray element, and a positioning unit connected to the connector. The connector is suitable for connecting the water pipe and defines a chamber along a first axis. The spray element includes an annular wall defining a through-slot communicating with the chamber, and a spray portion connecting to the annular wall and defining at least one spray groove. The spray groove communicates with the through-slot and a portion extends along a first circumferential direction surrounding the spray portion, allowing water to spray from the spray groove while simultaneously rotating the spray element along the first circumferential direction. The vane is used to increase the lever arm of the spray element in contact with the water, increasing the torque to generate greater rotational force, resulting in a higher rotational speed under the same water pressure for more uniform spraying.
