Abstract

A child seat mountable to a vehicle seat includes a seat shell having a seat portion and an upright portion and a carrying handle connected to the seat shell. The carrying handle is movable relative to the seat shell between a plurality of rotational positions. At least one handle lock is operable to lock the carrying handle at each of the plurality of rotational positions. A first handle release actuator is associated with the carrying handle and a second handle release actuator is associated with the carrying handle. Each of the first handle release actuator and the second handle release actuator is independently operable to disengage the at least one handle lock. The carrying handle is movable between the plurality of rotational positions when the at least one handle lock is disengaged.
