Abstract

This disclosure provides an antigen-binding molecule comprising an Fc region and an antigen-binding domain of a dimer, wherein either or both of a first polypeptide chain containing one monomer of the Fc region and a second polypeptide chain containing another monomer of the Fc region do not contain an antibody hub region capable of forming disulfide bonds, and only the first polypeptide chain is linked to the antigen-binding domain, while the second polypeptide chain is not linked to the antigen-binding domain. This structural form of the antigen-binding molecule exhibits high glomerular permeability and can accumulate in the kidneys.
