Abstract
This invention relates to a bispecific antibody against OX40L / IL-31Rα and its uses. Specifically, this invention provides for the first time a bispecific antibody simultaneously targeting OX40L and IL-31Rα for the treatment of skin diseases such as atopic dermatitis (AD). The anti-OX40L / IL-31Rα bispecific antibody of this invention exhibits high binding activity to both OX40L and IL-31Rα, synergistically regulating pathogenic T cells. While providing long-term treatment of the disease, it effectively suppresses itching, providing patients with a better treatment experience. This bispecific antibody shows promising application potential in the treatment of skin diseases.
