Method and application for selecting functional microbiomes in local soil

Abstract

The present invention relates to a method for selecting functional microbiomes and its applications. The method comprises: providing a local soil sample; subjecting the local soil sample to a pretreatment process and filtration to obtain a first microbial suspension; culturing the first microbial solution using a culture formulation to obtain a second microbial suspension; and performing plate identification. Subsequently, the microbiome is subjected to microbial domestication, and the domesticated microbiome is introduced into the local soil to achieve the effect of soil restoration.
