Abstract

This invention provides a filling container for a filling gas that is not easily corroded by hydrogen halides containing water. The filling container is formed by filling a filling container with hydrogen halides containing water. The filling container includes a high-pressure tank for containing the hydrogen halides and a valve made of Worsfield stainless steel. Worthfield iron series stainless steel contains: more than 0% and less than 0.03% by mass of carbon, more than 0% and less than 1.0% by mass of silicon, more than 0% and less than 1.5% by mass of manganese, more than 30.0% and less than 45.0% by mass of nickel, more than 16.0% and less than 25.0% by mass of chromium, more than 2.0% and less than 8.0% by mass of molybdenum, less than 0.0050% by mass of sulfur, less than 0.030% by mass of phosphorus, less than 0.0050% by mass of oxygen, less than 0.020% by mass of nitrogen, less than 0.020% by mass of titanium, less than 0.020% by mass of aluminum, and the remainder consists of iron and unavoidable impurities.
