Abstract

The invention is characterized in that: the first electrode (11) has a first electrode core (30) and a first electrode compound layer (31), and in the first electrode (11), a compound layer non-forming portion (32) is provided at one end in the width direction of the first electrode (11). The compound layer non-forming portion (32) is a portion on the first electrode core (30) where the first electrode compound layer (31) is not disposed. The compound layer non-forming portion (32) has: an insulating layer forming portion (33). An insulating layer is provided on the electrode core (30); and a core exposed portion (34) is provided on the side that is closer to the width direction of the first electrode (11) than the insulating layer forming portion (33), and the first electrode core (30) is exposed. The non-forming portion (32) of the compound layer is bent in the radial direction from the boundary between the insulating layer forming portion (33) and the core exposed portion (34). The width of the insulating layer forming portion (33) is different in the long side direction of the first electrode (11).
