Caliper Piston

Abstract

A type of caliper piston mainly consists of a hollow female piston and a female piston fitted inside the female piston, forming a double piston with different outer diameters. By utilizing the different pressurized oil intake of the different outer diameters of the double pistons, different braking action rates can be made at the front and rear, making the overall braking feel more balanced. Moreover, the design of the double pistons allows the female piston to perform buffer braking and deceleration in the first stage of braking, while the female piston performs the deceleration when a greater deceleration force is needed in the later stage, making the braking force output more balanced throughout the entire process, and allowing the driver to have more precise braking control.
