Abstract

A plasma energization equipment is adapted for solving the problem of exhaust gas emissions within the conventional processing equipment. The equipment includes a furnace body, a heating module and a gas flow guiding device. The furnace body has an internal processing space and a gas collection channel. The heating module is arranged on the furnace body. The gas flow guiding device is arranged in the internal processing space. The gas flow guiding device has a first tube and a second tube. The first and second tubes each have a hollow internal space and are respectively provided with multiple first through holes and multiple second through holes. The first tube is sleeved over the second tube, allowing gas to flow from the internal processing space through the multiple first through-holes, the multiple second through-holes, the hollow space inside the first tube and the hollow space inside the second tube, and subsequently into the gas collection channel. Through said configuration of this invention, the equipment effectively facilitates the discharge of exhaust gas from the furnace body.
