Abstract

An heating apparatus is proposed. The heating apparatus includes a cavity, a tray, and a camera module. The cavity defines a heating chamber and has a top opening. The tray is disposed in the heating chamber and has a tray surface for placing an object. The camera module is disposed on the cavity and is adapted to capture an image of the object on the tray surface through the top opening of the cavity. The tray surface of the tray faces toward the top opening of the cavity. An imaging surface of the camera module is inclined relative to the tray surface of the tray.

Claims

1. A heating device, comprising: A cavity defines a heating chamber and has a top opening; A tray is disposed within the heating chamber and has a tray surface for placing an object; and a camera module is disposed on the chamber and adapted to capture an image of the object on the tray surface via the top opening of the chamber, wherein the tray surface of the tray faces the top opening of the chamber, and an imaging surface of the camera module is inclined relative to the tray surface of the tray.

2. The heating device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the camera module comprises: An image sensor having the imaging surface; And a lens module disposed between the image sensor and the top opening of the cavity, and having an optical axis, wherein the optical axis of the lens module is not perpendicular to the imaging surface of the image sensor.

3. The heating device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the imaging surface of the image sensor, a main plane of the lens module, and the tray surface of the tray intersect at a common line or a common point.

4. The heating device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the common line or the common point is located outside the cavity.

5. The heating device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the aperture value of the lens module is less than 4.

6. The heating device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the angle between the optical axis of the lens module and the imaging surface of the image sensor is greater than or equal to 0 degrees and less than or equal to 3 degrees.

7. The heating device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the angle between the optical axis of the lens module and the tray surface of the tray is greater than or equal to 0 degrees and less than or equal to 45 degrees.

8. The heating device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the angle between the imaging surface and the tray surface of the tray is greater than or equal to 0 degrees and less than or equal to 48 degrees.

9. The heating device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cavity has a plurality of sidewalls surrounding the top opening and the tray, one of the sidewalls having an object loading / unloading port and a chamber door corresponding to the object loading / unloading port, and the object being moved into or out of the heating chamber via the object loading / unloading port.

10. The heating device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the camera module overlaps the tray surface of the tray in the normal direction of the tray surface.

11. The heating device as claimed in claim 1, further comprising: Multiple camera modules are provided, wherein the cavity also has multiple top openings, and the camera modules are respectively positioned corresponding to the top openings.
