Preparation method of carbohydrate mass-spectrum sample

Abstract

A preparation method of a carbohydrate mass-spectrum sample includes mixing a carbohydrate solution with a matrix solution to form a mixed solution, freezing the mixed solution at a freezing temperature for a freezing time to form a solid sample, sublimating the solid sample at a sublimating temperature for a sublimating time and being exposed to an operating pressure to form the carbohydrate mass-spectrum sample. The matrix solution includes a matrix and a solvent. Therefore, the preparation method of the carbohydrate mass-spectrum sample of the present disclosure can provide a carbohydrate mass-spectrum sample with uniform sample morphology, thereby greatly enhancing the ion signal intensity and the reproducibility of the carbohydrate mass-spectrum sample.
