Multi-channel driving test system and method

Abstract

The disclosure provides a multi-channel driving test system and method. The multi-channel driving test system includes a first switching control device and a plurality of second switching control devices. The first switching control device is disposed outside a temperature chamber and includes a plurality of first channels. The second switching control devices are disposed inside the temperature chamber. Each second switching control device is electrically connected to a first channel through a hot-swappable interface, and each second switching control device includes a plurality of second channels for electrically connecting to a device under test (DUT). The first and second switching control devices cooperate to perform a second-order switching according to a control command to activate a specific second channel, thereby performing an initial lighting test on each DUT inside the temperature chamber. During a test, the second switching control devices monitor measurement data of each DUT.
