Segmental crystallization and analytical apparatus thereof

Abstract

This invention provides a segmental crystal that is easy to manufacture, has small aberrations, and can achieve a large receiving angle, as well as an analytical apparatus equipped with the same. The segmental crystal 100 of this invention diffracts and concentrates X-rays generated from an X-ray source on the crystal surface, and includes: a first crystal surface 111a, which is formed along a Rowland circle by spectroscopic crystals 111-113; and second crystal surfaces 112a, 113a, etc., which are formed by spectroscopic crystals and connected to the first crystal surface 111a; and the second crystal surfaces 112a, 113a are inclined relative to the first crystal surface 111a.
