Description

[Technical Field]

[0001] This invention relates to a trigger sensing adjustment technology for a floating button, and more particularly to a floating button trigger sensing adjustment system and method. [Previous Technology]

[0002] During the production of the floating button, the operator uses a computer with a programming fixture to program the floating button circuit. The floating button circuit is then set up in a test fixture for measuring the sensing distance. The distance between the floating button in the circuit and an object on the test fixture, such as a white reflective sheet, is adjusted. The operator then adjusts the variable resistance value in the floating button circuit so that when the floating button is activated, the indicator light on the outer frame of the floating button flashes; this is the set sensing distance. However, different floating button circuits will have different sensing distances due to differences in the sensing elements and optical modules. Therefore, the operator must adjust the variable resistance value of each floating button circuit to achieve the same sensing distance for each button. However, this adjustment requires repeatedly confirming the critical point for precise sensing, thus consuming a considerable amount of adjustment time. [Summary of the Invention]

[0007] In one embodiment of the present invention, the computer automatically compiles the second code to include the second current value.

[0008] In one embodiment of the present invention, the above-mentioned preset distance is 40 mm.

[0015] Please refer to Figure 1, which is a schematic diagram of a floating button trigger sensing adjustment system provided in an embodiment of the present invention. The floating button trigger sensing adjustment system 1 provided in this embodiment includes a computer 2, a programming fixture 3, a test fixture 4, and a floating button circuit 5, wherein the programming fixture 3 is coupled to the computer 2, and the floating button circuit 5 is coupled to the computer 2 and the programming fixture 3 and is mounted on the test fixture 4 to sense an object 41 on the test fixture 4 at a preset distance d from the floating button circuit 5. It is worth noting that in common floating button circuits, the variable resistance value of the variable resistor on the floating button circuit 5 is manually adjusted by the operator to enable the touch button to sense an object within a sensing distance. However, the floating button circuit 5 of this invention replaces the variable resistor with an infrared diode 51. After the computer 2 burns the program code into the floating button circuit 5 through the burning fixture 3, it automatically adjusts the current value of the infrared diode 51 in the floating button circuit 5 through pulse width modulation. This causes the infrared diode 51 to emit infrared rays to the object 41 according to the current value from small to large until the infrared receiving circuit 52 of the floating button circuit 5 receives the reflected feedback signal of the associated infrared rays. Then, the computer 2 receives the current value of the infrared diode 51 associated with the reflected feedback signal from the floating button circuit 5. The computer 2 then burns the program code including the current value of the infrared diode 51 associated with the reflected feedback signal into the floating button circuit 5 again through the burning fixture 3 to complete the sensing adjustment program for triggering the floating button. The computer 2 can automatically compile the program code to include the current value of the infrared diode 51 associated with the reflected feedback signal. Furthermore, the preset distance d is preferably 40 mm, but those skilled in the art can design different preset distances d according to actual needs, therefore the present invention is not limited thereto. It should be noted that the computer 2 can also automatically adjust the current value of the infrared diode 51 in the floating button circuit 5 according to the light transmittance of the button surface of different floating buttons, such as different numbers having different light transmittance areas, and according to different preset distances d, based on the program code burned by the burning fixture 3.

[0016] Please refer to Figure 2, which is a flowchart of a floating button trigger sensing adjustment method provided in an embodiment of the present invention. The floating button trigger sensing adjustment method provided in this embodiment is applicable to a floating button trigger sensing adjustment system 1, wherein the floating button trigger sensing adjustment method includes the following steps. Step S1: The computer 2 burns the first program code to the floating button circuit 5 through the burning fixture 3, wherein the floating button circuit 5 performs the floating button trigger sensing adjustment through the first program code. Step S3: The floating button circuit 5 automatically adjusts the first current value of the infrared diode 51 in the floating button circuit 5 to emit infrared rays to the object 41 until the floating button circuit 5 receives the reflected feedback signal of the associated infrared rays, wherein the floating button circuit 5 emits infrared rays to the object 41 of the test fixture 4 through the infrared diode 51, and the infrared receiving circuit 52 attempts to receive the reflected feedback signal reflected back from the object 41. As the current value of the infrared diode 51 in the floating button circuit 5 gradually increases with the automatic adjustment of the pulse width modulation mode, the infrared receiving circuit 52 of the floating button circuit 5 receives the reflected feedback signal reflected back from the object 41. Step S5: Computer 2 receives the second current value from the infrared diode 51 associated with the reflected feedback signal in the floating button circuit 5. Step S7: Computer 2 uses the programming fixture 3 to program the second code including the second current value into the floating button circuit 5 to complete the floating button triggering adjustment program and execute the floating button triggering sensing function.

[0017] Please refer to Figure 3, which is a schematic diagram of a floating button trigger sensing adjustment system provided in another embodiment of the present invention. Compared with the floating button trigger sensing adjustment system 1 provided in the previous embodiment, the floating button trigger sensing adjustment system 10 provided in this embodiment further includes a motherboard control circuit 6, coupled to a computer 2 and a floating button circuit 5, so that the computer 2 can test the anti-accidental touch function of the floating button circuit 5 through the motherboard control circuit 6. For example, the computer 2 can connect one or more floating button circuits 5 through the motherboard control circuit 6 to test the anti-accidental touch function of the floating button circuit 5. The program code for testing the anti-accidental touch function of the floating button circuit 5 can be included in the second program code to facilitate burning, testing and shorten the testing time, or it can be in the second program code alone. In addition, the floating button trigger sensing adjustment system 10 provided in this embodiment and the floating button trigger sensing adjustment system 1 provided in the previous embodiment both include the computer 2, the burning fixture 3, the testing fixture 4 and the floating button circuit 5, which have the same execution functions, so they will not be described again here.

[0018] Please refer to Figure 4, which is a flowchart of a floating button trigger sensing adjustment method according to another embodiment of the present invention. Compared with the floating button trigger sensing adjustment method provided in the previous embodiment, the floating button trigger sensing adjustment method provided in this embodiment is applicable to the floating button trigger sensing adjustment system 10, and further includes step S9 after step S7: the computer 2 tests the anti-accidental touch function of the floating button circuit 5 through the motherboard control circuit 6. In addition, the floating button trigger sensing adjustment method provided in this embodiment includes the same steps S1, S3, S5, and S7 as the floating button trigger sensing adjustment method provided in the previous embodiment, so they will not be described again here.

[0019] In summary, the floating button trigger sensing adjustment system and method of the present invention uses a programming method to automatically adjust the current value of the infrared diode through pulse width modulation to find the optimal current value at a preset distance, thus effectively shortening the adjustment time of the sensing distance of the floating button.

[0020] Although the present invention has been disclosed above by way of embodiments, it is not intended to limit the present invention. Those skilled in the art to which the present invention pertains may make some modifications and refinements without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. Therefore, the scope of protection of the present invention shall be determined by the appended claims. [Simplified Explanation of the Diagram]
