Abstract

An electronic fence device and detection method for high-voltage cables is provided. The electronic fence device comprises a camera unit, a communication unit, and a processing unit. The camera unit captures real-time images, including a basic image and a streaming image. The communication unit transmits these real-time images and alert signals. The processing unit connected to both the camera unit and the communication unit. The processing unit receives the real-time images form the communication unit. The processing unit selects a plurality edge of the high-voltage cable from the base image. The processing unit forms an alert zone by concatenating the alert boundaries. The processing unit configures the alert zone into the streaming image. The processing unit sets a designated area around construction machinery within the streaming image. When the processing unit detects interference between the designated area and the alert zone, it triggers the communication unit to transmit an alert signal.
