Abstract
An embodiment discloses a display device including a display panel including a first display area and a second display area; a sensor configured to receive light via the second display area; a first light source module configured to supply light to the first display area; and a second light source module configured to supply light to the second display area, in which the second display area is operated in a sensing mode in which light is incident on the sensor by frame during an operation of the sensor and a sub-display mode in which an image is displayed.
