Abstract

An electronic device includes a substrate, a first electronic element and a connecting layer. The substrate includes a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface, wherein the first surface has a cavity, and a bottom of the cavity includes a plurality of first recesses. The first electronic element is disposed in the cavity. The connecting layer is disposed in the cavity and contacts the first electronic element. At least a portion of the connecting layer is disposed between the plurality of first recesses and the first electronic element.
