Abstract

This disclosure relates to a back-illuminated solid-state imaging device that can reduce manufacturing costs, a method for manufacturing a back-illuminated solid-state imaging device, an imaging device, and an electronic device. Monolithic memory circuits and logic circuits are arranged horizontally, planarized by embedding an oxide film, and then laminated in a planar manner under the solid-state imaging element. This disclosure can be applied to imaging devices.
