Workpiece clamping tray and workpiece inspection system

Abstract

This invention provides a workpiece clamping tray that can easily clamp workpieces in one step and has a small number of parts. The workpiece clamping tray includes: a first plate arranged in a two-dimensional manner with first openings for receiving workpieces; a second plate arranged in a two-dimensional manner with second openings corresponding to the first openings for receiving workpieces; guide pins and elongated holes for defining the relative movement direction of the first and second plates when they overlap; and a first elastic portion that applies force to a first portion of each workpiece received across each of the first and second openings when the first and second plates are moved; and a second elastic portion that applies force to a second portion of each workpiece when the first and second plates continue to move.
