Abstract
Claims
1. A method for manufacturing milk fat, comprising: Obtain a liquid milk raw material, wherein the liquid milk raw material is a homogenized milk raw material and the total solids of the liquid milk raw material are between 5% and 30%; adjust the temperature of the obtained liquid milk raw material to a predetermined temperature, wherein the predetermined temperature is between 40°C and 80°C; stir the liquid milk raw material at a moderate speed at the predetermined temperature until a layer of milk fat appears on the surface of the liquid milk raw material to form a layered solution, wherein the moderate speed is between 25 rpm and 65 rpm; and separate the milk fat from the layered solution.
2. The method for producing milk fat as described in claim 1, wherein the predetermined temperature is 65±5°C.
3. The method for producing milk fat as described in claim 1, wherein the easing speed is 55±5 rpm.
4. The method for manufacturing milk fat as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step of adjusting the temperature of the obtained liquid milk raw material to the predetermined temperature includes: The liquid milk raw material is stirred at a mixing speed greater than the tempering speed; And during the mixing process at the mixing speed, the liquid milk raw material is heated to the predetermined temperature.
5. The method for producing milk fat as described in claim 4, wherein the mixing speed is 1300 rpm to 1700 rpm.
6. The method for producing milk fat as claimed in claim 5, wherein the mixing speed is 1450±50 rpm.
7. The method for manufacturing milk fat as claimed in claim 1, wherein the total solids content of the liquid milk raw material is between 12% and 18%.
