Abstract

A contact-type measuring device is provided, which achieves high-precision and highly reproducible measurement results by maintaining constant measurement conditions such as contact pressure and contact angle of the sensing head. According to the present invention, a contact-type measuring device is provided, comprising: a sensing head for contacting a measured object; a housing having a pressing portion for pressing the periphery of the sensing head, supporting the sensing head internally for sliding; a flange portion that is non-rotatable and slidably supported inside the housing; a first energizing means disposed between the flange portion and the sensing head, energizing the flange portion to the point of separation from the sensing head; and a second energizing means disposed between the sensing head and the pressing portion, energizing the sensing head to the point of separation from the pressing portion; and, when the flange portion reaches a sliding lower limit relative to the housing, the energizing power generated by both the first and second energizing means is constant. none
