Abstract

The present invention discloses toll-like receptor agonist-based vaccine adjuvant lipid compounds and uses thereof. Specifically, the present invention provides a compound represented by formula (I), stereoisomers, N-oxygen compounds, solvates, or pharmaceutically acceptable salts. The mRNA-TLP compositions prepared from the adjuvant lipid compounds of the invention significantly enhance the targeting of antigen-presenting cells in the spleen of mice and can significantly inhibit tumor growth.
