Abstract
This application provides a method for treating non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) in an individual in need, wherein the individual's NSCLC has been identified as containing one or more EGFR exon 20 insertion mutations. The method comprises administering to the individual (R)-N-(2-(4-(4-cyclopropylhexahydropyrazin-1-yl)hexahydropyridin-1-yl)-5-((6-(3-(3,5-difluorophenyl)isoxazolidine-2-yl)pyrimidin-4-yl)amino)-4-methoxyphenyl)acrylamide or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof in combination with amivantamab. The present application provides methods of treating non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) in an individual in need thereof, wherein the NSCLC in the individual has been determined to comprise one or more EGFR exon 20 insertion mutations, comprising administering to the individual (R)-N-(2-(4-(4-cyclopropylpiperazin-1-yl)piperidin-1-yl)-5-((6-(3-(3,5-difluorophenyl)isoxazolidin-2-yl)pyrimidin-4-yl)amino)-4-methoxyphenyl)acrylamide, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, in combination with amivantamab.
