Two-stage oil-water separator

Abstract

A two-stage oil-water separator includes a first oil-water separation device, a second oil-water separation device, and a pumping unit. The first oil-water separation device includes a first storage tank and a floating unit. The floating unit has a telescopic pipe and a float. The telescopic pipe has an inner hole, and the float has an inlet hole. The second oil-water separation device defines a first chamber and a second chamber. The first chamber has an oil outlet, and the second chamber has a liquid outlet. The height of the oil outlet and the liquid outlet is higher than a groove in the first storage tank. The pumping unit is used to pump waste liquid from the inner hole to the first chamber and includes a drive component, an impeller, a housing, and a connecting pipe. The use of this pumping unit can extend the service life.
