Complex structure and its manufacturing method

Abstract

A complex structure is formed by bounding at least two rigid components through an injection molding or a hot press molding process. A thermoplastic layer is formed between an inner surfaces of each the at least two rigid components, which is facing each other, and is applied to connect the at least two rigid components to make the at least two rigid components in one-piece with a structural space and at least one opening. Wherein the structural space is larger than the opening. The complex structure is integrated, lightweight construction, and a simplified manufacturing process.
