Abstract

This invention discloses a core-shell molecular sieve, wherein the core phase is a Sn-doped Y molecular sieve and the shell phase is a nano-Y molecular sieve; the average particle size of the Sn-doped Y molecular sieve in the core phase is 1.0 μm-3.0 μm; the average particle size of the nano-Y molecular sieve in the shell phase is 30 nm-100 nm, and the average thickness is 100 nm-250 nm. This invention also provides a method for preparing this core-shell molecular sieve. Furthermore, this invention provides a hydrogenation cracking catalyst containing this core-shell molecular sieve, its preparation method, and its applications. The preparation method of the heteroatom-doped core-shell molecular sieve is simple and easy to operate. Based on the excellent ring-opening ability and good isomerization properties of the catalyst, it can improve the yield and quality of distillate oils. The hydrogenation cracking tail oil obtained in the vacuum wax oil hydrogenation cracking process has a low pour point, low BMCI value, and high viscosity index, making it an excellent raw material for high-end lubricating oil base oils.
