Abstract
This disclosure presents a method for synthesizing acetylamine compounds. The method involves catalyzing the reaction of an ammonia source with an ester compound using an esterase, employing a solvent with a polarity less than 6.0, to obtain the acetylamine compound. This method features a simple reaction route, mild process conditions, high atom economy, low use of organic reagents, high product yield, good purity, low cost, and suitability for industrial-scale production.
