The present technology provides a molecule capable of inducing an effector function profile in an immune-cell, preferably in a T-cell, a library comprising such molecules and methods for manufacturing the same. In particular, the present technology provides a molecule capable of inducing an effector function profile in an immune-cell, preferably a T-cell, comprising: An immune cell binding moiety, preferably a T-cell-binding moiety, wherein the immune cell binding moiety is an immunoglobulin single variable domain which comprises at least one attachment point; a tumor (cell) binding moiety, wherein the tumor (cell) binding moiety comprises at least one attachment point; wherein the immune cell-binding moiety and the tumor (cell) binding moiety are covalently linked though the attachment points present in the immune cell-binding moiety and in the tumor (cell) binding moiety.
