Abstract

This invention provides a sheet-like resin composition that inhibits the deterioration of sealing properties and is less prone to appearance defects even under long-term storage. The sheet-like resin composition comprises alumina particles, epoxy resin, a phenolic curing agent, and a solvent. The proportion of alumina particles in 100% by mass of the solid content is 40% by mass or more and 99% by mass or less, and the content of the solvent is 0.10% by mass or more and 5.00% by mass or less.
