Aqueous sealant composition and screwing members using the same

Abstract

[Problem] In the past, when polyamide powder was baked onto screw-in parts, a high temperature of over 200°C was applied, causing changes in the additives of the water-based sealant composition. Therefore, it was difficult to prevent the color of the coating from changing from the color of the composition before heating. [Solution] The present invention provides a water-based sealant composition comprising the following components (A) to (E): (A) component: polyamide powder; (B) component: epoxy resin; (C) component: water; (D) component: rust inhibitor; and (E) component: colorant; wherein the aforementioned component (D) comprises at least one selected from the group consisting of organic acid salts other than inorganic acid salts, organic acid amine salts, and nitrogen-containing cyclic compounds; and / or has a white appearance after heating at 200°C for 20 minutes.
