Abstract

The present invention relates to an expansion method of natural killer cells. The expansion method involves providing a peripheral blood mononuclear cell sample; culturing the peripheral blood mononuclear cell sample with a first expansion medium, wherein the first expansion medium comprises a platelet-rich plasma activation solution (PRP+) and NKCC-1 culture medium; subsequently culturing with a second expansion medium, wherein the second expansion medium comprises the platelet-rich plasma activation solution (PRP+) and NKCC-2 culture medium; subsequently culturing with NKCC-2 culture medium.
