Abstract

The elongation difference rate of the metal foil in the central region along the width direction is greater than the elongation difference rate of the first and second end regions along the width direction. The elongation difference rate decreases from the central region toward the first end region and from the central region toward the second end region. The maximum elongation difference rate in the central region is 30 × 10⁻⁵ or less. The maximum elongation difference rate in each of the first and second end regions is 10 × 10⁻⁵ or less.
